JEVIADO HEALTH CARE provides quality home health care services throughout Massachusetts, delivered in the patient’s place of residence by qualified staff under the supervision of a certified Administrator and Clinical Director. Skilled services are provided by licensed Registered Nurses and, when applicable, Licensed Practical Nurses, with therapy services delivered in accordance with physician orders. We serve individuals who require skilled nursing or related services due to medical need or changes in medical status, while actively involving patients and families in care planning and decision-making to ensure services align with individual needs and preferences. Jeviado Health Care is committed to full compliance with all state, federal, and local laws and regulations, guided by established policies and procedures adopted in 2025 to support patient rights, safety, and quality care.
